To Do List: A New User's Suggestions

Short, concise description of the idea
I would like to make a couple of enhancements to the beta in process for this LiveJournal Feature.

Full description of the ideaI'm not a programmer or very handy with codes, but on my end these enhancements will help me utilize the feature with greater ease

As of 2007 when the mentioned previous suggestion was rejected, it was because the To Do List was indeed not in active development.

So while it would not be surprising to me if this were rejected by staff for similar reasons, it has been almost three years, and it's a remote possibility that a) the new development plan includes room for To Do, or b) the new Suggestions-to-Developers process (which is still getting hammered out) might include putting reasonable but low priority things in the bug tracker too in case developers need something to do to rest their minds or new developers need training projects.

Or, c) independent devs or other branches of this Open Source project might pick it up and implement it, making it relatively easy for LJ to uptake.
