I actually thought there were Admin Console commands to do this... until I checked the Reference and saw that only "member remove" is supported. =/ IIRC, there used to be a whole bunch of community-related commands for back in the day when communities still had passwords and such, so I'm all for reinstating them for this purpose.

What you probably want is a little text box at the top of the page that says "show only member names matching: [____] [Go]" or some such, then you can restrict the view to only the specific member you want (which should load more quickly) or find members by typing a few characters of their name.

The precise definition of "matching" is up for discussion. :-)
