While joined and watched communities are listed in a separate section on the profile, it would make sense for them to also be listed under the Communities menu.
That might also be helpful, but doesn't seem to be entirely what they're looking for. They seem to want a place that lists all of the communities they're a member of (or watching), similar to the profile and to the friends management page if only it were sorted into users/comms; they also seem to be unaware of the fact that comms are listed on the profile.
As far as I know there's no page that lists only your member of/watching comms (without any other data).
It does make UI sense to have something like that, and to have it available under the Communities menu.
I like the idea for a page which lists all the communities I'm a member of, maybe even with a date last updated and a "post to this community" link, so it makes it different and more useful from what you can see and on your profile.
Username, title, last updated, post (greyed out for no posting access), watch/stop watching*, join/apply/leave* (join greyed out if it's closed membership), tags, memories?
*These two for comms you're a member of but not watching, or watching but not a member
Plus some way of identifying communities you've applied to join, but not yet heard back from, and communities you've been invited to join but not yet responded to. I know that latter functionality is available elsewhere, but it makes sense to have it in the same place as all the other features.

It actually makes sense. The added navigation couldn't hurt...
