However, I would kind of like a bit more description of what you're looking for here.

Do you want a checkbox by each item on the queue to delete it?

Do you want to be able to easily delete all posts by a given user?

This should be done in some way, I'm sure, I'm just curious about how exactly you envision it.

As part of the 'delete and mark as spam', one might have a 'and nuke all posts by this user' checkbox?

Actually I was thinking about checkboxes - just like in email box, or membership approval here in LJ. The process would be much easier that way: check the posts by obvious bots (it's frequently easy to tell from the username it's a bot) - delete&ban, check the posts from regular users - approve.
Something like that.
At the moment I have a huge load of posts from deleted (!) bots cramming my moderation queue. Quite embarrassing to open and delete them one by one.
