Ooh, this has been implemented! Not exactly as I described, but actually better, so I am very happy :D

While accepting posts to a community, you should be able to tag them, or at least be given a link to do so in the normal tagging page

This also makes people's subscriptions work better. The "notify me any time X has posted an entry tagged Y" subscription only works when the tag is on at post time, not when it is added later.

When I have to add tags, it takes five steps each time...find the post, open the post, click on the tag button, add tags, save. And sometimes when posters change their post to friend's only (or switch between), it loses the tags so it needs to be added again.
