I would like to suggest for the paid members, including the virtual gift as a free package will be beneficial.
This will enable the virtual gifts to be used actively.

If this is to mean that Paid members would get a special virtual gift that they can send for free, I don't see that as being a terrible idea... But I don't like the idea of Paid members being able to send ALL virtual gifts for free.
