The export_comments.bml interface only works for individual journals. It should take a `usejournal` parameter to export comments for communities.

It's possible, but you have to be a maintainer. Use ?authas, intead of ?usejournal.

(It's not documented anywhere, so maybe a dropdown/select would be good?)
