Though I feel the problem of covered calanders is very serious. Perhaps hire someone to announce the date every hour throughout the office?

Why? This is a benefit, actually. If they don't know what day it is, a good manager can trick them into working 7 days a week without overtime.

I think there should be camera in all the outside offices as well. We need know what Carrie and Marta are up to on a daily basis.
