S2 Compiler: smarter listing of functions

Short, concise description of the idea
The compiler currently thinks the word function means there is a function, even when this word is in comments. So, in the left-side panel, it lists lines which are not the start of a function.

I could have sworn this was documented somewhere, but now I can't find it. I looked through the old bugs community and the current one, but it doesn't appear there.
But yeah, the S2 compiler still has a few bugs in it. The Class viewer has not been kept up to date with changes in Core. Sadly, styles problems always seem to be lowest on the list of priorities.
