For people who don't know what Lanzelot looks like: http://www.livejournal.com/?usescheme=lanzelot

I wouldn't use it but I like it a lot so sure, why not?

I can plead that I've been using it since it was introduced for SUP users. It's been changed slightly once, and for the better. I'm all for this. I personally liked one of the beta versions of Vertigo, but apparently I was one of the few.

I liked the beta version of Vertigo so much that I'm hacking the actual version with Stylish to make it look like the beta :D

I didn't dislike the beta version of Vertigo, but I just love how clean and uncluttered Lanzelot is.

Isn't it pretty and clean? And at work, when I browse LJ on a break, people no longer wonder what that is on my screen.

The only problem/issue I can see is the four or so .ru links in the upper right hand corner. They're not all that useful to non-Russians, but they can be easily ignored, so yeah.

Well, and if they released it to English speakers, they could make the search function work on all LJ instead of just livejournal.ru :)

That's the main reason I want them to do this. I mean, I use LJLogin (a firefox-addon) to set my site scheme cookie, but when I search in the search bar I only get to search .ru and that's the only beef I have with it.

The search capabilities on lj.ru are powered by the blogs search engine of Yandex. It only searches through the Russian blogs, and this is unlikely to change.

Yes, but if the site scheme were made available to everyone, the English version wouldn't have to point at Yandex. I will keep using this site scheme no matter what, but that would be a problem for some people.
