Full description of the idea
As LJ has made it very clear, this is a business - well if this is a business, then we as paying customers should have the right to refunds should we feel this service is not living up to our expectations. Currently, LJ offers no such refund possibility, making it impossible for customers to use their fiscal clout to ensure they are getting what they pay for.

  • An effective feedback method for paying customers
