Looks like you ended up in the SUP section of the service. You might try asking your SUP flag to be changed on the Help board.

Although certain things, like visitor statistics, are currently only available from SUP.

No problems! Just head on over to the Support area, let the Support volunteers know what's going on with your ads, and they should be able to troubleshoot and hopefully fix it for you.

LJ was recently sold by Six Apart to a Russian company, SUP Fabrik, who had (before the sale) been handling some services for Russia-based journals. There's a setting that is accessible to Support administrators that determines whether certain services are handled through the US-based LJ, or handled through SUP.
