Short, concise description of the idea
There is no FAQ link anywhere using the vertigo viewing option - there needs to be.

Full description of the ideaI've been bouncing between the Lynx, Vertigo and Dystopia viewing options for as long as they've been around, trying to find one to settle on, and I've discovered that the only reason I ( Read more... )

Absolutely. Vertigo should have the Mini Sitemap that is at the bottom of the page in Horizon.

It's actually got a min-mini sitemap on the left hand column, so adding the mini sitemap might be redundant.

Well, adding it there would be okay also (maybe even better). It does seem a little strange to me that Manage Account, Support/FAQs, and News are the items included in Horizon's mini sitemap but excluded from the mini-mini sitemap in Vertigo. Manage Account isn't a big deal since it's linked at the top of the page, but I think Support/FAQs should definitely be included.

Unrelated, but I just noticed: in Horizon, the Mini Sitemap has "Feedback" & "Contact Us" as two different links, but they're the same page now.

Also unrelated: it would be nice if "Upgrade" could magically vanish from these (mini-)mini sitemaps for Paid/Permanent users.

Definitely.

I can't see any reason why there wouldn't be a link to the FAQ on all the viewing options.

Yes please. It drives me up the wall not having a direct link

I've ended up adding it to my links list, and it's also linked on my S1 layout for when I get bored of this layout/have time to play with my S1 layout.

*boggles* It's not there now?! Why on earth not? That's just weird and should be fixed asap!

I can't believe it's not one of the first links they put into ANY new layout by default.

I agree entirely.

This, IMS, has been asked for/mentioned countless times for the two 'new' schemes. But it hasn't been implemented.

I still use XColibur and one reason I won't change is because of the lack of a Help on the menu bar.

Amen. There is a distinct lack of easy-to-find help on the new layouts. I don't understand why they ignore this plea.
