This may just be oversight, as I see that its feed received tag support...

Well, the best I could do is make the page just show tagged entries with that tag, and totally ignore other entries... but it wouldn't show, say, the most recent 1000 tagged entries.

Either way, we have other plans for pages to show recent entries by tags, so I'm not sure editing latest.bml is worth it. (Except to show tags on the entries that exist.. that's good. But filtering.. eh.)
