A-MEN. It's bloody annoying. I want it to be up to me when I open new windows, and at the very least it should be a proper new window, not a stupid wrong-size-wrong-place popup.

I really dislike the new update window.
It also totally scrolls horizontally in Dystopia. Did they forget that Dys is still around?

My suggestion also provides consistency with comment previews, which are still in the same window.

Of course, I still wish comment previews could be revamped as per rosefox's past suggestion. Displaying user picture icons and providing full comment functionality would be very nice.
