Ability for the PhonePoster to remove transcriptions and select the 'official one'. Other few things.

Full description of the idea

I think the PhonePost poster should be able to select one 'official' transcription, as well as removing one that is just wrong/inappropriate/etc. Also, he should be able to select between the ones already provided or "whichever is the newest".

Additionally, the transcription owners should be able to edit the transcriptions.

An ordered list of benefits

It adds usability to the transcription system. It's poor. Horribly poor.

An ordered list of problems/issues involved

Maabe the page will take a few seconds more to load?

An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation

transcribe.bml should look the same, but with a few radio buttons to select the main one and/or to select which one to delete.

Also it would have an 'edit' button for the logged in user!
