FYI, it's already possible to add your to-do list to the header at the top of your journal, using a custom style or (depending on your style) overrides.

I doubt that the to-do list is high on any dev's priority list right now...but it should be. I'd use the reminder feature.

Also, I suggested viewing the to-do list in calendar format a while ago, but I didn't suggest it un-confusingly and nobody did anything with it because of that. I sure hope it gets implemented this time. :)
