There is a way to do it in two moves:
1. Click a link in the email to view the comment
2. Select the comment's checkbox, choose "delete as spam" from the entry's menu.

I have taken a look around, though, and it looks like is not available in all comment-page styles. In any case, there's on obvious way to proceed from the email to do both of thse things at the same time. Maybe it would help to have the "Delete" link offer the option to mark as spam. What would you like to see?

how many clicks:

1. Click a link in the email to view the comment

3. Click select box
4. choose "delete as spam"
5. click Ok
6. Click OK in windoiw "are you shure".
