Would like to get an automated (via the admin console) ability of saving/adding notes for users.

Full description of the ideaCurrently there is no way to set a note for a user (and thus - users) via the admin console nor any other way of saving/loading

You're describing passing around social blacklists and shared annotations of users that the object can't see. This is the digital equivalent to taping a "KICK ME" sign on someone's back, or scrawling "JOHN DOE IS A RAPIST" on the walls of a woman's rest room, or quietly passing word along at the country club among one's C-level homies that a certain local applicant for IT jobs sued a former employer for unpaid wages

I don't think you truly understand the idea I suggested. Don't understand at all, which forces you to fantasize instead of looking at the thing as it is (1. less pain in using the feature LJ already has; 2. doing something that every decent social networking site already has).

Please re-phrase. If one can't explain something in simple terms, then s/he doesn't understand it him/herself.

Oh, I'm pretty sure one of us doesn't understand what you've proposed. But hey, maybe it's me. How about I give it back to you and you tell me if I've got it and where I haven't.

Usage scenario:
Jane: "OMG I can't believe that dude I just friended, exampleusername, is a racist, rape-apologist scumbag."
Jill: "How could you not know that??"
Jane: "I never met the guy b4!!"
Jill: "Everybody on gigunzacomm has him down in their notes as such."
Jane: "WTF? How does what YOU have in YOUR notes help me?"
Jill: "*rolls eyes* Hon, I'm going to email you a data file. It's my exported notes on everyone in gigunzacomm."
Jane: "Great, I'll read it and memorize the notes on 5k people."
Jill: "No, doofus, go to the admin console and upload it. Then you'll see all my notes on anyone you meet from gigunzacomm, right there in your own notes, as if you entered them yourself. I'll talk you through it."
