Modify support email and "Request Closed" page for clarity

Short, concise description of the idea
Clicking "Yes" on the "Did this answer your question" will close a support request automatically. This is unclear in both the support email and on the actual page of the request.

Maybe instead, the email could ask "did this resolve the problem?" or "do you need more help?" Less explanation required that way. I agree that the "closed" page should have a "reopen" link or something.

I would almost suggest:

"Do you need further assistance with this issue?" [Yes] - Appends the request to SNH status. [No] - This request has now been closed. If this is a mistake, please [reopen this request] (which would then append the request back to SNH).

Forever ago, I filed this Support request that the email strings be changed and a bug was filed, but I've heard nothing since.

LJSV-1127. I'll call this planned. I guess since it's hardcoded text, changing it is more than a quick fix.
