Facebook would almost certainly consider it to be a violation of their Terms of Service, and would start an escalating war of technical restrictions and legal threats.

LiveJournal makes an RSS feed of your journal's public posts available automatically.
Facebook allows you to import an RSS feed of your choice as Facebook Notes. So I've been importing my LJ into Facebook automatically using that, for years.

LiveJournal also allows people to add any RSS feed as a syndication journal, which people can subscribe to. Facebook used to offer RSS feeds of Facebook profiles, but I think it only worked from browsers that were logged in to Facebook; I'm not sure, it's been years since I've used it. In any case, they no longer do.
