Title
Support board colors: when green attacks

Short, concise description of the idea
The Support board is all green.

Full description of the idea
I'm (semi?) color blind. The entire support board looks like various shades of green to me. Changing the color(s) of the board or assigning a number, letter, or symbol to each 'color' would be spiffy.

Sounds reasonable to me. I myself have trouble discerning subtle shades of the same color (and have once even mistaken what was supposed to be "tan" for "light green"), so an alternative to color coding (that doesn't have any kind of legend or key to denote what color looks like what) would be very helpful.

And I just checked it just now, and while I can tell the green requests from the yellow ones, the shading on both is so light that they can be mistaken for each other (even for those who have perfect color vision but with bad monitors), so I definitely think this is a good idea here.

In fact, color-coding duplicates information that is already present in the last 'status' column; it would be great for the information there to be displayed more concisely though.

It does, but when I did Support, I always found the color cues to be most visually helpful, even if it's duplicate information and even if one can use the pulldowns to see "only green," "everything not closed," "only closed," etc. I don't know if it worked because it was multiple cues in tandem, or if strong visual cues like differing colors work faster in the brain than text-analysis of different statuses in only one column of a multi-column table, but either way, making the board more accessible FTW.

I go by the colours first. Possibly out of habit, I suppose :)

improved accessibility is always a good idea.

I think this is a great idea. I'd like to see starkly different colours used to make things easier at a glance. Also, a different colour for "this response has an unapproved screened answer on it" but I think that's pushing it at the moment :P

Maybe instead of having the first two columns in bold, green requests could be in bold all the way across, and yellow and red ones not at all.

The only problem is snh is bolded, and that's how my mind picks them out.

Maybe they could be italicized or have some new indicator.

*nods* Right now the status of each request is listed on the very right column, but maybe that could be emphasized somehow. A visual cue like having all unanswered be blank and the answered ones have a check mark in the box or something.
