Posting Images from Scrapbook

Short, concise description of the idea
Allowing a choice between multiple sizes to post images uploaded from scrapbook would improve its usefulness.

Full description of the ideaCurrently the default size for posting images from scrapbook is 320 x 240 pixels. This is significantly smaller than I ever wish to post ( Read more... )

Seems like a simple enough implementation to just include text links to the other available sizes. I have no objection to this suggestion and might even find a use for it.

Hmmm. Perhaps it is semagic (which I use both to post and to upload images to scrapbook), but my images always post as the actual size of the image. So if you make the image the right size before you upload it, shouldn't you be able to get that size when you link to it?

Then the problem isn't scrapbook (which is what the suggestion implies); the problem is the image insertion in the posting editor, which should have a default of the actual image size, or perhaps %age scaling of that size, as opposed to a fixed size with a fixed aspect ratio, which might be incorrect.

I would very much appreciate being able to select a default size for posted photos. Imported photos used to post at 320x240, but recently the default changed to 640x480, which is way too big, so every time I post a photo I have to resize it manually in the entry code (a real pain since I'm usually posting several). It would be very helpful to be able to choose my default photo size so I don't have to keep changing each one individually.
