Title
Allow paid journals/communities to display most recently active entries first

Short, concise description of the idea
I'd like paid journals and communities to be able to specify "most recently active" as a method for displaying journal entries on the first page of the journal.

Yeah, I personally wouldn't want this order on any community I belong to. Unless it was a specific view. I.e. the mail journal/community page still has entries in chronological order, and there's an extra page (like 'friends', 'archive', 'tags') where I can see the most recently active entries.

Because if I'm trying to see if there's any news, it would drive me crazy to scroll through other entries first.

Also, what if someone posts a new comment while I'm browsing the page: what happens when I want to go back 10/20/30 entries? Don't I see that entry at all until I go back to the first page?

I like that idea. It's more useful than just a list on the sidebar but not as complex as this one.

Wooo!

Oddly enough I was recently thinking of a better approach than replacing the first page of the recent view. Perhaps http://exampleusername.livejournal.com/activity might work, being more akin to /tag or /calendar.
