We should be able to make folders and organize entries.

Did you consider tagging your entries?

Like andy said, you can use tags to organise your entries. If your entries are out of order, you can edit the date to sort them out again.

Is there something else you need to do that those features don't offer?

I agree. Plus there are Memories to help, too.

I use both Tags and Memories -- they help a lot!
