That maintainers of a community should be able to change the rating of a post between adult, explicit and unmarked.

Yes. This would be really handy for communities that are not 100% adult/mature in nature. (I hate using the term 'adult' -- which has become another way of saying pornography. Not all adult subject matter is porno, after all... sigh...)

This would be great; realistically, it would probably have to be implemented such that a maintainer setting overrides a user setting so that there can't be setting-edit wars.

Definitely a worthwhile feature, though.

Similar to revert wars in screening/freezing comments; there was one notorious example of that some years back.
