So I have some extra Skeletrain fabric in charcoal! There's been some interest in it so I figured I'd sell some of it!

how much fabric do you reckon I'd need? (with a 28 inch waist at any rate) Never really done something like this before so...

Hi! I'd say you'd want to make the ruffle about 2x your hip measurement... so if your hips were 36", then you'd need a yard of fabric :D
