If I actually did that then I might actually end up writing stuff. Instead, for the most part, I end up ignoring it or making a deal with the bunny that I'll jot down the idea when I wake up only to forget it over night.

That last Muraki/Tsuzuki fic was a product of "Let me sleep, damnit!" and as I told you, it lost a lot between it playing out in my head and the next day.

I got my current D&D plotline after drinking a Vault and trying to go to sleep... That was an epic failure on my part.
