Things have been super busy this week because I've been running around trying to satisfy all the pre-employment requirements for the life coach position that I accepted. During the pre-employment interview I asked about the article documenting the sexual assaults and violent incidents that happened within their organization and pretty much everyone

Wow that is a lot of paperwork and things to get done before you even start! I'm sure you'll end up exactly where you're supposed to be.

Happy Chinese New Year! A lot of places have been closed already for a few days here in Wuhan since we got back from our trip. We were so excited to come back and go out for our favourite dishes. We'll just have to wait. What part of China is your family from?

The first DV place does sound really shady, and uncomfortable. I'm glad you decided to pass. And even if it is a lot of paperwork to turn in for the LC position, I kind of like that because it seems very thorough, which i think is important in the psychological field.

I don't blame you for passing on the first DV job. That sounds like a few too many red flags to even bother with. The second place sounds top notch in comparison though. I hope they make you an offer. :)
