I don't think so, at least there's no hint of that in the press release or any of the press coverage.

Perhaps the artist is secretly having everybody on? It would be a horribly embarrassing statue to me if I were the prince. Or maybe I'm too American to understand?

I'm strongly of the opinion that all pro-war politicians, intellectuals, business leaders, and other members of the elite should be parachuted into war zones with nothing but a Swiss Army knife, and not permitted to leave until one month's time is up.

I'd ask them for a projection of the length of time they expect their proposed occupation to take, and mandate a stay of one-half of that time.

I'd also make the pocket knives a miscellaneous supermarket brand.
