this is very important:

within the span of a single block on our way back from Classic Videos, lucas and i managed to spot TWO vehicles with plate numbers whose letter combination was BDSM. then we spotted a license plate that read "lifesatrp." a trip? a trap? i feel that the difference between the two is too great to be left for guessing.

i think it's official that my relative disinterest in music over the past few years was actually due to having a laughable sound system.
