I like the idea that Charlie in any universe is Olivia's partner and friend. Nicely written!

I was really struck by the fact that the writers made it so that Alt!Charlie's conversation with Olivia in the S2 finale was almost verbatim Charlie's conversation with her in the Pilot. So so far the two don't seem all that different!

I want Olivia to be rescued so bad. :( The finale pained me when I realized I had to WAIT ALL SUMMER for a resolution. So this is kinda...soothing? In a way? XD

I love the line about Charlie always looking out for Olivia. I kinda hope the actual rescue goes something like this, with Peter saving lives and being fine, and Charlie at his back. Awesome little fic, you're a really good writer!

Ah! I thought I was going to be able to wait but the summer's not even close to over and yeah...I NEED RESOLUTION.

And hee, glad it was kind of soothing...reading and writing fic is the only thing keeping me sane in regards to Fringe I feel.

As for the rescue, I'm torn between Peter coming to get her or her burning herself out of that room. The former would be cool because Peter is going to be PISSED when he says what his father did to her with his own two eyes especially. The latter because I want to see scared/angry Olivia finally unlock her abilities. Maybe a combo of the two? heh. Gosh, there's too many possibilities and I just want it to be September already...bah.
