They are both packaged without CC. Here's a bodyshop preview of how they look like without CC. Their skin and eye colour may vary, depending on what defaults you use.
You can do wathever you want with these sims. They are pixel_trade friendly and can be used in whatever legacy, challenge, or other project you like.
