I watched a preview for the second half of series 3 that had some information I thought it would be fun to guess the answers to and see if I'm right when the episodes air! Please join in if you want!

So the trailer said:

"One will die, one will be revealed as a Cylon, and one will find Earth".

So who are they talking about?

Didn't know that about Lucy Lawless. Wouldn't upset me much, she doesn't really interest me.

I didn't used to care about Gaeta until 'Collaborators', and the 'I'm not going to defend myself' scene, but now I do. I don't want him to be a Cylon. I agree Dee would be much cooler. Not that I don't care about Dee, but her being a Cylon would be very interesting. Imagine the havoc she could cause, messing up their communications :)

Oh my god, you're blowing my mind with the whole Dee is an Adama now thing. Yes, I want that to be what it is. Because it's awesome-cool continuity.
In what way do you find Gaeta to be 'Trek-like? Sometimes I get flashes of trek-related annoyance, but I have trouble pinning down why. Don't get me wrong, I like trek. When it's actually trek.

I completely agree about Starbuck being the one to find Earth. Though lot's of speculation is that she's the one that dies, I don't think RDM would kill her off.

Tigh dying is something I never thought of, and one that I wouldn't shed too many tears over.

Lee being a cylon is an incredibly cool idea, but one I would like to leave to fanfic. It would just break my heart if it happened 'for real.' Dee being a cylon would be nice. Bye-bye Dee - even though I'm starting to like her again. Like you said, Baltar's too obvious, Gaeta would be the next obvious choice. Tyrol? meh. What's the point?

I guess we'll be finding out in a couple of weeks, either way. =)

I don't think RDM would ever kill Starbuck off (unless Katee Sackhoff wanted to leave), I always get the impression from the podcasts she's his favourite character.

I was wondering about Tyrol because at the end of series 2 he had weird dreams and thought he was a Cylon, and now he's been mysteriously drawn to the temple of Jupiter...
I like Tyrol. I remember getting very upset watching the beginning of series 2 when I was unspoiled and really thought he was going to die a couple of times on Kobol. But now he has all his scenes with Cally and she annoys me. So I don't care so much.

I must admit I was reading a fic about Lee being a Cylon over the weekend, so that's probably why the idea was in my head! I seriously doubt it would happen on the show though.

I can get behind Anders being a Cylon! Meets my requirement for a hot male Cylon :) Although it would send Starbuck into even more emotional meltdown, poor girl. And the writers do like making her suffer, so maybe it'll happen!

His hotness absolutely is the clincher.
Also, just so we're all on kind of the same page here....are we thinking that the other five cylons...aren't evil? That's what I'm thinking, but I don't want to be the slow kid in the back of the class. So hit me with a "duh!" or a "huh?".

Oh! That's a very interesting idea! Hadn't thought of that, I admit. I suppose it's been made clear there's some kind of split between them and the seven models we've seen, maybe they were against the attack on the colonies. I like this idea!
