On a serious note... I saw my doctor on Tuesday, and she sent me straight over to Dermatology for my spreading rash. They took some scrapings and swabs to culture and sent me home with steroid and antibiotic ointments. The rash is still spreading slowly, itching intensely and I just went to put the ointments on and my flesh is turning funny colors

If I showed you right now, you'd be like "You have leprosy! Go live on an island!!" I'm lying here trying to reassure myself that a dermatologist would know skin cancer when he saw it.

But it's on Freya's face, too, right? So we know it's not skin cancer because this is not how skin cancer works. It's some kind of virus or yeast or some kind of pestilence or something. What a nightmare. I hope it all gets sorted today. (PS, you could live in Molokai. I bet it's nice in Molokai.)

I think maybe Freya just has a regular baby face rash. Hers seems better. But then again, I'm not sure. Maybe I am giving my baby a horrible viral rash after all.
