The nice thing about going to the same port two cruises in a row is that you're already familiar with a place -- familiar enough to know that you're safe skipping an expensive ship excursion, and doing your own thing on the cheap.

Not sure the beach balls were legit -- I was sitting beside the soundboard, and whenever a ball headed our way the sound guy grabbed one and deflated it. Given the sheer insanity of the whole thing, I can understand why. (I admit, I started punching the balls around myself whenever they came my way, but, toward the end, I was handing them to the sound guy myself. It was getting just a little TOO crazy, IMHO...)

I saw Sixthman people blowing them up, and Lou said she and a few other people were given them by Sixthman staff... so it might just have been that the sound guy was getting ticked. LOL!

Heh. Thing is, given how many times I saw somebody reaching a little too far over the balcony railings to grab a beach ball, they might want to re-think that a bit. :)

I was directly in front of Alan at the GBS show, so I figured the rocking was just his smile throwing me off-kilter.

LOL! He has been known to cause that to happen, but I assure you it was the ship. ;)
