haha I think I am the same way. I like living among the bears and no-high-speed-traffic on my street but I love that I can go get ice cream at 10:00 at night and be back in less than 15 minutes. You want ice cream up in barry lakes you better hope there's some in the freezer, or you plan way ahead. Oh plus living here is still more of "in town" and when our power goes out they fix it sooner.

It's interesting deciding on a place to live. Terri and I have come to the conclusion that if we were to ever move, it would have to be near an a)city that has a major league baseball team and NHL team, b) a good bookstore, and c) a good record shop.

We grew up in suburbia and probably will always remain that way. :)

Well, we're close... we're the next tier down on the sports, which is good enough for me, and we have Record Archive AND House of Guitars. :D We're also have Borders and Barnes & Noble fairly close by. They're in the 20-minute-drive range, but good enough. :D
