Sleep paralysis

The other day, while geeking it up at Wikipedia again, I came across a page about sleep paralysis. Quoth Wikipedia, "Sleep paralysis occurs when the brain is awakened from a REM state into essentially a normal fully awake state, but the bodily paralysis is still occurring. I haven't experienced it, but it seems creepy. I think I'd freak out if it ever happened to me. So much weird stuff you can find out on the net though!

I experience this from time to time, but mostly as a side-effect from high fever and/or physical exhaution. It freaks out my wife...
