[Shotaro is sitting at a desk in a room he has 'borrowed' for the time being as his office. Complete with make shift sign on the open door. He was typing on the laptop instead of his typewriter

[Shotaro was startled that some text appeared and accidently fell from his chair. He got back up and fixed his hat and then went to respond.]

I have done a bit. I got myself a fancy office and have scoped out the area!
