Sadly, it is much more fair to say I used to fence. I went some last year, and even went to a few intercollegiate tournaments (this does not require skill!), but I never made it to practice this year. Not once. :( Which is really too bad as it is fun and great for you. I still go to their parties, though, and good parties they are.

I once read that you could do the pore strip thing with a layer of Elmer's glue. Being too cheap to ever buy pore strips but plentifully supplied with glue (4 bottles/$1 at the dollar store!), I gave it a shot. It ended with my eyes watering so bad from the fumes that any complexion benefit was immediately negated.

They still make pore strips? When I was in college, they gave us a box of sample products and I thought the pore strip was neat. I haven't seen them since, but I haven't looked that hard.
