what does she mean by that?? like you have no food or theres somehting wrong with your food how did she come to that conclusion?

i havent been able to eat lately because there really hasnt been food in my house type thing and i slipped and said that im hungry to mrs perron, and like whats going on and i think she went to the nurse about it :/
