Noooo, where do you get caps? I get mine mostly from screencapped.net, but they haven't finished JJ yet. :(

The only way to get better at text is practice, practice, practice. I still get frustrated a lot, too, but one thing that definitely helps me is to look at icons where I think the text is amaaaazing, & try to figure out how they did it.

but for JJ i don't think there is any gallery with HQ caps for the entire season.
fassy has uploaded caps as download links but I'm too lazy for that. Here.
