I do hate me some PETA members. Plus is it just me or am I the only one who would eat a dog? As long as it's not my dog what should I care. It's not like dogs are poisonous. I'd eat a dog before I'd eat liver.
Actually the best way to get back at an irritating neighbor is to eat his dog... it's a time honored tradition and isn't in fact animal cruelty because it falls under 1st ammendment protection... so let your neighbor know you hate him... eat his dog.
