I just watched the WORST movie.

Last year I asked for Love Actually for my birthday. My Husband couldn't find it (so he says), so I'm assuming he got the next movie he saw in the rack, either that or he really couldn't remember which movie I wanted. So anyway, he got me Love Affair. Due to getting caught up in fandom, and writing, and all things LJ and QAF, I hadn't watched it ' ( Read more... )

Don't worry, I brought it for myself a few months later. I've watched it several times over, I love it.

I adored "An Affair to Remember" and then a few years ago I saw "Love Affair" and it gave me a whole new set of reason why I hate Warren Beatty movies.

Sends you an icon to gaze at to blot out the awful memory.

I adored the Deborah Kerr Cary Grant movie. I could barely sit through the torture of Annette Benning and Warren Beaty....I don't care for Warren Beaty in general though.

Here look at my icon....pretty boy, pretty hair, pretty bodies, reunited Brian and Justin and ohhhhhhhhhh so much love. *sigh* Feel better????

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh! MUCH better :D thank you.

Don't see the appeal in Warren Beatty myself. We'll stick with young, buffed & pretty, hey? *looks over your icon again* *responds with more pretty* Now all is right with the world *sighs*

LOL! He meant well. Guys are gift-challenged. Seriously. I'll never forget the Christmas my grandmother got a set of pasta tongs from my grandfather (it was the first and last time she told him, "Don't just give me money to buy myself something; this year I want you to get me something.").

Oh dear! Poor Grandma. I'm sure your Grandfather meant well but.... oops. Huge mistake LOL.

Because the movie was so bad, I don't feel so guilty about taking 8 months to watch my birthday gift :D

Hey, I've missed you these past weeks *hugs*
