Ianto hasn't really got the measure of Mickey, not yet. He's smart, savvy, pretty unflappable - especially where Jack's concerned, and that's definitely a plus in a new recruit. Gwen thinks he's brilliant, but Ianto can't help but miss Tosh a little, miss someone else who was more inclined to stop and think and let silence fill the cracks they all have
