[The sound opens up into some state of alarm, footsteps clattering around, birds squawking in concern, a nurse paging a doctor... and a flat sounding heart rate monitor. [With his heart making quiet beeps from the monitor, it's almost strange how he still hears that sigh under all of the other quiet noises in the room; Vanitas cracks his eyes open and tips his head to look... and promptly scowls at that expression.]
