Today is going to be a really big test. Not only do I have lots of changes at work, but I inadvertently attempted to sabotage myself....

Two weeks ago, I was asked to arrange a happy hour for a big outsourcing project that we've been working on for the last 6 months. We're finally over the hump and it's time to celebrate. We normally go to Garrison
