We've lost a cheerleader!!!

Confused? Let me explain...

As Mark and I have been losing weight we've been measuring in terms of a person. It started out with us losing a baby, then a set of twins. Along the way we've lost a toddler, a 3rd grader, a 5th grader and a tween. Now, she's officially gotten onto the JV squad! Together, we've lost 104 lbs

Congratulations to both of you! It took me about one year to lose 45 pounds. 38 pounds inside of three months is amazing!

Thank you! 45 lbs in a year is awesome... we've had to bring in the medical big guns to achieve this!

Yeah, my medical big gun was Splenda. Fortunately I can tolerate artificial sweeteners, and I had a lot of sugar in my diet I could easily remove. That and carbs. I was very no-carb for a while. It did well for me.
