  The frantic finger pointing and tongue wagging that occurred after Katrina was bad, and not surprising. Somebody didn't just drop the ball, they crucified it and set it on fire before heaving it into a canyon. Naturally, people are going to want to deflect assign the blame.   And I appreciate it.

My feeling is generally that following the money is the best way to figure out the truth behind anything that happens on a national or international scale.

The only thing that approaches money in value if political influence, but you can buy that with enough cash.
