I was actually and for real clutching my scarf to my chest as I read this. And before you make a crack about speedreading, I skipped to the last part so I could see the new ending. I couldn't stop myself!

I LOVE IT. HAHAHA. That fucking headband. Seriously. It is like it is part of our lives now and it is just. So fitting that it should be part of that ending.

Seriously. Dude. This is my favourite story ever, and getting to be a part of it and to pump you with questions as we shook like assholes through 60 seconds of the plank position and obsessing over every paragraph you sent me and then basically camping out in the google doc... ugh. I can't even tell you how much I love this story.

One day I'll post the alternate porn ending. Or maybe all of the deleted-scene Spencer PoVs. Or like, the 40k Boink POV coda. HAHA, THE FACT THAT ONLY ONE OF THOSE IS A LIE MAKES ME JOLLY.

This was a great fic, I really enjoyed. Your characterizations were pretty spot on, and I'm a sucker for character development, lol.

Out of curiosity, is the book that Mitch lends Jon The Line of Beauty by Alan Hollinghurst?

I'm not a Joncer fan but there, you totally get me. It was true and beautifully written.

I really really enjoyed it, and all the angst with Brent and all was just perfect. The fact that Jon questioned his place as temporary/new bass player too.

It's confused but the main idea is : I loved it

Absolutely incredible.

One of the best (if not THE best) Joncers I've ever read.

Your characterisations, descriptions of environment, mood, atmosphere...your dialogue.

Just...everything. You're an amazingly talented writer.
